I was employed by the Arkansas Air National Guard as an aircraft Crew Chief for over twenty years. Twelve years full time (state and civil service) and nine additional years as a guardsman. I have been a General Contractor and operated our business for forty one years, since 1977. Since 2010 we have focused on commercial remodeling and repairs. I have built, marketed, and sold several homes through the years, as well as small commercial buildings.
The last five years I have worked much of the time for the Fort Chaffee Redevelopment Authority in Fort Smith, Arkansas, as a General Contractor. For three consecutive years I have worked for Dever Electric Company in Blytheville, Arkansas at Nucor — Yamoto Industrial steel Plant during the fall shut down doing electrical work.
I worked as a superintendent for one year at the Fayetteville, AR VA hospital. The work was for Hernandez Consulting. I supervised the installation of the HVAC install for the total lab as well as the upgrade of showers in specific areas of the patient rooms, and various other jobs.

Mr Cabaness was a top executive within a automotive business from 1981-2001 where he supervised 4 different departments, and successfully navigated the sale upon his retirement.
He ensured the profitability of the firm by overseeing all departments (sales & financing) service, parts, accounting and administration. His primary duties will include: planning, motivating, co-ordinating department heads through his leadership, wisdom and solid business practices.

Mr. Clifton D. Cabaness II, also known as Cliff, co-founded Trinity Property Management, LLC in 2003 and serves as it’s Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Cabaness has over ten years of experience in real estate including ownership and management of single family homes, multifamily complexes, land development and major rehabilitation projects.
Further enhancing his expertise, he is an experienced Real Estate Inspector, a licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Prior to co-founding Trinity, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Partner in 13 multi-state quick service restaurants from 1995-2000. During this time, he evaulated and designed locations, negotiated leases, supervised construction projects and hired trained team members. He ultimately supervised 250 employees including a complete back office support team.
During the early 1990’s, he served as the Assistant Hospital Administrator at a 120 bed residential treatment facility in Baton Rouge, LA. Before this, he served in the Arkansas National Guard as a Combat Engineer from 1987 to 1993. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes as well as the Pregnancy Help Center in Fort Smith. He is also an active member of First Baptist Christ in Fort Smith where he is a Sunday School teacher, Finance committee member, deacon and member of the Missions Committee. Mr Cabaness holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas and is the Retired CEO and founder of Trinity Property Management.
